  I had the pleasure of visiting Cafe Bienville twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Both visits were exceptional. The staff is so friendly and brought the food out within minutes of ordering. Which is a feat in itself because my pulled pork sweet potato was so delicious you'd have guessed it took them ages to make something so good. If you're looking for a casual, affordable, authentic place, look no further.

  You'll never see this place from the main roadway, but it's worth the short detour. Serving up homemade...well, everything, this spot is perfect for a great lunch. The mint gelato/ice cream uses actual mint. The sandwiches and other meals are bursting with flavor. It's a shame I didn't visit more when I lived there.

  My absolute favorite place to eat lunch. The food is so good and their sweet potato chips are the bomb! I love looking at all of the art on the wall or hanging out on the patio to eat with my friends. Amazing, one of a kind, delicious. I recommend the Cuban sandwich with the black beans and rice or the gumbo. Best black beans and rice I've ever had and the gumbo is so good! Get you a belly card and save some money too!
